Clothe Me Co-Op

Monthly Distributions
Who Are We?

Clothe Me Co-Op (CMC) is 100% donation-based children's clothing & service ministry of Kenmore Alliance Church, made up of volunteers from all over the WNY community.  Donations are given to us with the intent of being a blessing.  We exist to bless families throughout WNY with very low/no cost children's clothing and other items.

We carry all sizes and types of items for children from newborn through teens; to include clothing in sizes newborn to adult x-large, maternity clothes, shoes/boots, baby/toddler gear, children's books, gently used/new toys and more.

Distributions are held in our gym which is transformed into a "store" for WNY families, foster families, teachers, social workers, etc. to shop for children who need it.

We also take appointments for emergencies & special needs. Contact us for an appointment.

CMC is open to the WNY community.  We do not request financial information or proof of financial need.  We are here to be a blessing, and expect our guests to treat it like the blessing that it is.

Pricing

We ask a nominal donation for clothing and other items at our monthly distributions. Donation Suggestions Per Item:

  • Clothing*: .25 cents or $1 new with tags (nwt) (Ex: everyday shirt, sweater, sweatshirt, pants, shorts, capri, skirt, dress, pajamas, hat, gloves, etc.)
  • Shoes: .50 cents or $2 (nwt)
  • Children's Books: Free (unless otherwise marked)
  • Music/Movies: .50 cents-$1 (as marked)
  • Infant Items/Gear: Priced as marked (generally $5 or less, $10 max)
  • Toys & Kid Gear: Priced as marked (.25 cents - $5, $10 max)
  • *Premium Seasonal Items*: .50 cents - $1 or $2 (nwt) (Ex: thick winter coat, snow suit, boots, or winter gear; Easter, Halloween, or Christmas outfit/item; etc.)

CASH ONLY!

Where does the money go?

CMC does not fundraise, receive grants, etc. The small donation we ask for clothing, shoes, etc. goes right back into the operation and continuation of CMC and buys the diapers, pull-ups, wipes, socks, underwear, school supplies, etc., which are all given away free when available.  We encourage donations of the items listed above and always welcome new volunteers! We have a host of different free items available monthly (baby food, formula, onesies, bibs, blankets, infant items, children items, etc.).  Each family receives free diapers, pull-ups and or wipes (as available).

Donation Information

CMC is ENTIRELY donation supported. Donations of new &/or clean, gently used children’s clothing, shoes, & other items are always welcome.

  • Clothing sizes accepted are all children/youth sizes (preemie/newborn–youth 20), all junior sizes, adult clothing sizes XS-XL, maternity, and all shoe sizes (especially sneakers & boots).
  • All clothing should be freshly washed with no stains, rips, tears, or excessive wear.

Every Child

What Do We Do?

The “Every Child” foster care, adoption and global orphan care ministry is a collaborative effort of the church in Western NY to care for every child in need within our reach – both locally and globally.

Our mission statement is “to clear the way for the full expression of the church in WNY to care for children in need, both locally and abroad, until every child in need within our reach has an opportunity to hear and see The Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Our goal is to break down barriers and make it easier for the church to fulfill this mandate. By design, the Every Child ministry functions as a bridge organization - connecting the church to those who are already doing great work in the social services community through strategic partnerships. One of our key goals is to see the church make a significant impact to the foster care system in WNY – seeing children in need placed in Christian homes so they can hear and see the gospel of Christ.

How To Get Involved

There are a number of ways to get involved!
